The reason I became a dentist has a lot to do with my father. My father was a dentist. He really enjoyed what he was doing. I saw years, decades of this growing up. My father was very interested in dentistry.
When I went to college, I was a little unsure what to do. Once I witnessed in the … I went to the University of Florida. They have a dental school there. When I got to observe a lot of the dentists in the dental school doing what they did, I noticed that’s what my father did.
I was glad that there was a nice … what my father did was doing right. I liked what he was doing. It was a good profession. I said, “Why not?” Once I got to dental school, I was sold immediately. Dentistry was almost in my bloodline.
