There are many advantages of working with my father. His 30, 40 years of experience were able to bring me faster along in my profession. I have the experience of someone who’s been out for 20 years.
I do still run cases by my father. I have questions for him. He’s able to help me become a better dentist faster. Unfortunately I don’t ask him as many questions as I did years ago when I was right out of school. I still enjoy talking with him over cases.
